There is a large grassed lawn adjacent to the home , two large dirt lots within the 3.5 acres perfect for crew and equipment! There is a 2500 square foot warehouse with its own bathroom, the warehouse is equipped with drywall 8 ft up the surrounding walls as well as electrical lighting, and party lights! With graded roads leading down to two large graded open lots of land with no adjacent neighbors. Whether renting just the pool or warehouse for your photos shoots and video shoots or renting out the entire house for film production or setting up an entire production set on the lower plots of land. This property has a large amount of open space and endless private mountain views. For any project we would love to hear how you would like to rent our property or spaces. (Furniture in photos is only for staged photos. All furniture currently in the home is personal furniture that is required to be moved out of the home and back in the home during the time of your rental period. We do rent just the property space, warehouse, pool, and garage out on their own as well.) If you are renting out any of the exterior areas of the home such as just the pool, warehouse, or open lots the minimum is 6hrs to rent. If you are renting the home/the entire property we require a 24 hrs minimum and we will charge for the hours required to move our personal belongings out of the home and back into the home before/after production.
