The space offers approximately 3,790 sq. ft., including: • Two restrooms • A back roll-up glass door for easy equipment access • Flexible layouts for office scenes, interviews, or production setups For your convenience, on-site catering and coffee service can be arranged for cast and crew at an additional fee.
