Available For: film/photo shoots, wardrobe fittings/stylings, casting, podcasts, documentary interviews, focus groups, meetings, and so much more. Flexible space as you can use the furniture, art, and everything else in the space or we can clear the space and you can bring your own furniture/props. We are easy to deal with and will work with you to make this your perfect location. We also offer catering, furniture rental, lighting, mics and speakers - anything needed for the event/production at an additional charge. We plan and manage the event and all the details. About The Space: 3,800 square feet New York style loft space. High Ceilings, Mid-Century modern, Industrial with high and exposed ceilings. Dramatic entrance with 2 steel doors. Industrial lighting throughout. The space has areas for breakout sessions. Every angle of this space is like its own location. Corner loft with great natural light with windows that wrap around the loft. Gorgeous plank wood floors throughout with splashes of concrete. Kitchen is bright and large with breakfast table and gorgeous bar. Many different "sitting" areas. 3 bedrooms each reflecting a unique style. 2 bathrooms also each reflecting a unique style. Original artwork and furniture is one of a kind and custom made. Also has antique furniture from the 1950's. Gorgeous large, metal & wood dining room table with mix and match diner chairs. State of the art ping pong table. Cool 1950s bar booth with custom made round table. Every detail of this space has been thought out and detailed. The view to outside is filled with huge trees and at night the trees are lit with lights (think Christmas). Also, has a laundry room that can be used as a dressing room or make up area. Space has air conditioning & heat and high speed wifi that you are welcome to use. Bottom line is if you are looking for a location/space with a cool vibe and creative flair, this is your place.
