Production Kitchen + Supporting Studios | Shoot + Holding | Brooklyn Our production-ready kitchen is available as a dedicated shooting location, designed specifically for food, lifestyle, commercial, editorial, and branded content productions. Clean, modern, and highly adaptable, the kitchen works beautifully as a hero set, while nearby studios and rooms provide seamless support, holding, glam, and client areas. This setup is ideal for teams that need a camera-ready kitchen without sacrificing space for crew, clients, or additional setups. ⸻ THE KITCHEN SPACE The kitchen features a bright, contemporary design with: • White cabinetry for a clean, timeless look • Marble countertops that read premium on camera • Stainless steel 2 door refrigerator, • Dishwasher • 2 Microwaves • Neutral finishes that are easy to style for a wide range of brands and aesthetics 2x Movable stainless steel kitchen islands (28” x 24”) can be added as an optional element, providing additional prep surface, styling flexibility, and alternative camera angles for overheads, tabletop shots, or hands-on cooking moments. ⸻ IDEAL FOR • Food and beverage commercials • Recipe and cooking content • Lifestyle and home campaigns • Product demos and tabletop shoots • Editorial and social media content • Interview setups paired with food prep ⸻ HOW PRODUCTIONS USE THIS SETUP The kitchen is used as the primary shooting space, while additional areas support the production flow.: • Makeup room for talent prep and glam (Included) • Conference room for clients, video village, or production offices (Included) • Studio C (pre-lit white cyc) or Studio B (green screen / repaintable cyc) for secondary setups or alternate looks, our holding at an additional fee. • Additional holding areas for crew, talent, and catering When the kitchen is booked as a shooting space, the entrance located on that side of the building is reserved exclusively for the production team using the kitchen area. This ensures privacy, smooth load-in, and an uninterrupted workflow throughout the shoot.
