About the Space

Neighborhood coffee shop with plenty of natural morning light, minimal modern, urban, industrial and creative designs. Ample parking lot on site. At the corner of the block with palm tree lined views pointed towards the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Note: We are a fully operating mom & pop coffee shop, open everyday from 7am to 4pm. Booking during operating hours is not a guarantee. We may be more likely to approve a booking request if renter is willing to co-operate with an operating coffee shop. Fulfilling requests during operating hours will be circumstantial. Please inquire and hope we can work it out and be your next shoot!
