Lots of furniture available to use including two vintage leather seats, wooden beam benches a beautiful weathered table, live plants, and more. The ceilings feature huge metal cross beams and open ducts for a beautiful industrial / loft look. Located right at the corner of Richmond & Niagara. Coffee station, hot and cold running water, mini fridge available. All bookings will allow private access for your session so you will have the space to yourself for your production/shoot/event.
