Large guest bedroom with egress (removable) window. Huge laundry room. Upright piano. Most importantly, a 1970s cedar bar in the Tudor style with wooden beam strapwork ceiling - a publican's dream! Functional wood-burning brick fireplace with thick mantle (perfect for holiday scenes!). Built-in cedar bookshelves. BACKYARD: Wrought iron gates on either side of the house lead to the backyard - one covered with vines in season. Wooden shed in good condition.
