IMPORTANT SEASONAL UPDATE: HOLIDAY STYLED SETS UNIL NOV 27th ONLY! Message me here if you'd like access -- not currently open for general bookings. Our studio has gotten a Winter Wonderland Makeover! We are currently offering holiday-styled sets from Oct 25th to Nov 26th. These winter sets are stationary and are not moveable. They are spread across the entry-level floor. Our holiday-styled sets are perfect for Holiday cards, family photos, seasonal content and more! Our 3 themed holiday sets include: 1. Cozy Cottage Bed (A custom built palette bed with hanging chiffon, Christmas lights, and christmas trees) 2. An 8 Foot Wreath with 2 bench options 3. A green velvet couch and fireplace living room scene. Regular studio bookings are not open, but if you're interested in our holiday sets just shoot me a request and we're happy to accommodate you where we can! ------------------------------------------------- Our industrial studio is the perfect place to get creative - with crisp white walls, newly finished concrete floors, a mezzanine, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It's ideal for photography, videography, content creation, co-working, small events, and team meetings. Plus, it’s private use! Meaning, your time in the studio will not be shared with others, and the space will only be available to you during your rental period. With easy access right off I-35, The space is approximately 1400 square feet of net rentable area, which is split between the first floor (about 1000sq ft) and the loft mezzanine (400 sq ft) and can accommodate 25 people. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, including a Starbucks within walking distance. We’re happy to accommodate special requests for features or uses when possible.
