Then house is built in the 1950's, is in one of the rare historical neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The house welcomes you with a vintage cast iron memorable letter box, old lamp post and mature lush trees. You immediately feel the serene ambience of the spacious bright living room with a marble fireplace that overlooks the exotic backyard through the white French doors. Extending to a contemporary elegant kitchen accented with an island and oak cabinetry, leading to the dining room with a grand dining furniture facing the fireplace. The back yard has a zen/tropical vibe with a large beautiful pool that is surrounded with palm trees, banana trees and birds of paradise. Walking around the naturally kept landscape makes one feel holistic and peaceful, as well as romantic and cozy. It also offers lots of creativity for different kind of projects due to its spacious layout. My Sanctuary is one of a kind versatile space that can satisfy any ideas for productions, photoshoots, music videos and variety of special events, not excluding campouts. It’s tropical, rain forest like, romantic, cozy, water fun, zen, bright & colorful & space for almost any idea/activity you may have!
