Beautiful multi-use workspace available to rent in the heart of Melrose Hill, an eclectic neighborhood for artists and entertainers alike.The space is much larger than It looks! The spacious floor plan allows for events ranging from performances and classes (lighting and sound capabilities with movable walls and seating provided) to cultural events such as art exhibits and film and photoshoots, complete with a lofted production office to facilitate the needs of the project. Our coffee maker and refrigerator in the refreshments stand provides renters with the comfortability of home while hard at work. The space also provides an outdoor garden with seating to relax and take a breath of fresh air.
