Our Multi-use business incubator that can host a variety of needs. On the first floor, there is a stage with seating for 50+, a bar, access to 8 restaurants, and 4 retail spaces. Whereas, on the second floor, there is a small classroom for 12, a board room for up to 25, overflow seating for 75, and a private kitchen for 12. This incubator is the ideal venue for a variety of events. Whether it’s a training or workshop, a corporate meeting, a fundraiser, or a community celebration, our urban industrial space can accommodate your wishes! The location is available for Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/Filmshoots.
