Our 1500+ SQF Production space is Perfect for your Music videos/Commercials/Films/Photoshoots/ etc. ABOUT THE SPACE: • 1500 SQ ft Located on the first floor with 2 AC Units • 90s Bedroom Set with many items for prop use and a working CRT TV • 8Ft by 8 Ft Cyc Wall (comes in as is condition unless requested) • Orange Carpet room • Plant Wall With customizable LEDs • Retro Kitchen • Pink Room OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our unit is located on the 1st floor and is wheelchair accessible BATHROOMS: We have a Men's and Women's Bathroom Located on The 1st Floor CAUTION: (We do allow smoking so please be cautious if you have any sensitivity to smoke of any kind.) EXTRA FEE CHARGES: Altering Sets Fee: $150.00 Includes: -Rearranging Sets -Ruined Sets -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment -Cyc Wall Damage -Excessive Mess in sets or bathrooms The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials.
