About the Space

A private event space built for celebrations that need to look as good as they sound. You get the whole room to yourself + our private entrance lobby that has a custom mural & 16ft high gallery wall with icons. THE ROOM A 20-foot-wide projection wall runs the length of the space, driven by a media server, so your name, your photos, a tribute reel or custom visuals fill the room end to end. Overhead, a programmable LED ceiling and moving-head lights are set to whatever palette you want and reset on cue through the night. Velvet lounge seating, a fireplace wall and a mirror-finish bar frame an open dance floor. Every corner is built to be photographed. SOUND A $10,000 system lives in the room: two QSC K12 tops and two QSC subwoofers. Speeches carry, music fills the floor, and nothing has to be rented in. Microphones are available as add-ons. CAPACITY Up to 50 standing, 40 seated. An intimate sit-down dinner or a full dance floor - same room, your call on the night. ARRIVAL Guests come in at street level through a private gallery lobby with gold handrails, framed portraits and warm light, our LUSH mural then take the stairs down one level to the event floor. Once you are down, the room, the bar and the washrooms are all on that floor. The event floor is reached by stairs and is not certified barrier-free, so please ask about mobility needs before booking and we will walk you through the access route. FOOD AND DRINK There is a mini bar in the room. It is not stocked or staffed by default. Add a Smart Serve certified bartender and bring your own bottles under a host Special Occasion Permit. There is no kitchen on site, so caterers work drop-off or staffed-buffet style. Bring your own caterer or use our short list of trusted local ones. WHAT YOU CAN ADD Bartender, security, DJ, AV operator, photographer, videographer, concierge planning and valet. Banquet tables, chairs and modular 4ft x 4ft stage decks are available as rentals, so you can build a riser for a head table, a performance or a ceremony. FOR SHOOTS The same room doubles as a set: fully controllable lighting, a projection wall you can program with your own content, several distinct backdrops, and a gallery staircase that shoots beautifully. Crews are welcome and load-in is straightforward. GETTING HERE Free parking with 20 to 30 spots out front, along the side and in the back, plus overflow directly across the street. Five minutes from the highway. The room is available 24/7, so late nights are genuinely on the table. GOOD TO KNOW Decor, florals, custom backdrops and gift tables are all welcome, as long as nothing drills into surfaces or uses adhesive. Vendors and decorators load in one hour before your block at no extra cost. An operator meets you at door-open to walk through cues, AV and the flow of the night.
