About the Space

Welcome to our versatile event space located in East Point, GA, complete with ample parking for your convenience. Our facility features a content studio, a photography studio, a music studio, and a kitchenette. Additionally, we offer a spacious conference area, a coworking space, and a flexible event venue. Whether you're hosting a creative production, a business meeting, or a social gathering, our multipurpose space is designed to meet all your needs. Booking time must include loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown. There is NO GRACE PERIOD for loading and unloading or setup and breakdown before or after the booking timeframe. Any time overages will be charged. The event space is provided as-is. We can rearrange some pieces of furniture before the event, but we are unable to remove any items from the space. Guests must remain in the event space and may only enter the hallways outside the space when using the restrooms. They are not permitted to linger in the lobby, parking lot, or any other areas of the building during the event. No smoking is permitted in the building or event space. Outside food is allowed, but must be disposed of prior to checkout. Guests are expected to leave the event space in the order and cleanliness it was upon arrival. All used trash and belonging must be cleaned and/or disposed of from the event space floors, walls, and furniture. Any damages or stolen items during the event will be assessed, and the costs will be your responsibility for reimbursement. Please don't attach, assemble, or adhere anything to walls or floors without prior approval. If you damage the walls or space in any way, you are responsible for the repairs. Failing to do so may result in loss of your event space rental privilege and an invoice containing a separate cleaning or repair fee. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. You are responsible for the actions and wellbeing of your guests while in the event space or on building premises. Music and noise are to be kept at a reasonable level, unless it is a weekend or nighttime party or event. The following are not allowed at any time unless with written permission from the studio owner or manager: -Fires -Explosives -Candles -Smoking -Pets -Glitter -Sand -Anything that will stain the floors, walls, or furniture -Nails, pins, etc. on the walls
