About the Space
Our horse ranch is located on six acres in the secluded town of Sleepy Valley in Agua Dulce, offering you the creative ability to use our beautiful land, trees, views for your film production, photo shoots, and branding-editorial projects. Our property spans over six acres of thirteen Live Oak trees, a single level home, for exterior use, surrounded by hills, pastures and with mountain views of the Los Angeles National Park. Accommodations nearby at Le Chene French restaurant, Sierra Pelona Motel and the two winery’s and Vasquez Rocks in our neighborhood. Note: The interior use of the house is available for shooting in these rooms only please: Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining room. The Kitchen / Dining area has served well as a wardrobe room for past projects. The exterior of the home is allowed for shooting as well. There is one guest bathroom off the kitchen for a crew less than 5. Inquire for a VIP Porta Potty Rental for a crew of more than 5 + please for an additional fee. Thank you!
