Leslie's house was amazing. Beautiful location, beautiful interior, beautiful exterior. The natural lighting and white interior blended perfectly together for a full day of work that felt like a vacation! Leslie was super accommodating for every request we had, and was a key for us completing our video/photoshoot in a timely. She was a joy to work with!

Can’t speak highly enough about this space and especially about our hosts. It’s exactly as it appears in the listing, there’s a ton of room. It’s a relatively quiet area of Brooklyn and we didn’t have any trouble parking. Our hosts were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help ensure we had a successful shoot. It’s impossible not to capture inspired images in this home, every corner is a wonder to behold. Will be back as soon as possible. 10/10

On the edge of the Columbia Waterfront District, this townhouse is a modern designed 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3600 sq ft home. Amazing light from large windows & multiple skylights reaches every corner via four exposures. A 700 sq ft rear yard space features a formed concrete heated 10'X20' Pool equipped with a sitting ledge, concrete steps at the shallow end, and 7' depth at the deep end. There is an 1100 square foot roof deck with incredible unobstructed Statue of Liberty, NYC Harbor, Manhattan skyline, and Brooklyn views.
The home has sidewalk street access and a clean, dry, drive-in all white garage for storing gear or crew. Garage has an automatic door and internal access directly from garage interior into the home to unload. The pivot front door of the house opens wide (4+ feet) for easy access to bring in equipment. House is on a two-way street. There is a short driveway, as well as parking on the street in front of the house, and additional parking one block away.
Polished white concrete floors throughout, an open oak staircase, and all-white kitchen with 10' island and designer appliances. All cabinets and appliances are seamlessly integrated for the ultimate streamlined modern look.
The first floor includes the kitchen, and dining area, a guest bathroom, and access to the pool area through an oversized glass door.
The second floor has a sunken living room with custom wood millwork and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. In the rear of the second floor is an office suite with a full bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool.
The 3rd floor has a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with skylight, housing a custom double sink, and an open shower for two. Expansive built-in wood walk-in closet. 3rd floor also has an additional full bathroom and two smaller bedrooms separated by sliding doors.
All windows have minimalistic natural wood trim framing the outside world beautifully. A large roof/stairwell skylight brings in an abundance of light all day long. All walls feature gallery-style reveal bases, with all white trims and doors to emphasize the home's modern aesthetic.
Located in the Columbia Street Waterfront District this home is around the corner from delis, bakeries and parking lots. Located close to the Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Waterfront, on the borders of Red Hook and Cobble Hill. Newly built in 2020.
