This modern house built in 2021 is located on the left bank of the Rhine in the former fishing and farming village of Cologne-Niehl. It impresses with its clear architecture, thoughtful room layout, and an impressive open kitchen that serves as a central highlight. The ground floor impresses with a ceiling height of 5.10 meters, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The south-facing living kitchen benefits from plenty of natural sunlight around midday and is therefore particularly suitable for photo and film productions in daylight. Please note that the windows in the living areas cannot be darkened. The bedroom windows are equipped with pleated blinds for light regulation. Furniture can only be rearranged or exchanged to a limited extent and after prior consultation. A terrace extends the living space, and a private parking space directly in front of the house ensures convenient access for film crews and guests.
