About the Space
Safe Sets International COVID-19 CERTIFICATE Level A A bright, modern, 3-story home with pool, hot tub, and large sliding glass door located a few blocks from Santa Monica beach. Inside you'll find 5,200 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a modern, relaxed aesthetic. There is a beautiful outdoor space with pool, hot tub, bbq, and more. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright all-white and large kitchen island, two dining tables and a open floor plan. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, jacuzzi, and large shower. The kids bedroom has access to a veranda that over looks the front yard. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with gorgeous natural light and a balcony over looking the backyard pool area. The back of the home has very large pocket door that folds completely into the wall, opening to the backyard area. The home is completely private with ficus walls surrounding all sides. Use of Pool, roof, or veranda is an extra fee. We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Great location to film in! My team had a packed 12hr day of 6 setups both interior and exterior. The wide open spaces in this home and the large sliding glass door to the backyard and pool area both made our packed shoot day easy to be nimble and gave us lots of natural light to bounce around. We had a crew of 15 yet we fit comfortably in this home. The property manager, Josh, was very easy to reach before we committed to the space and he was very available to help us on our production day. One of the owners remained in the house during our production and that was initially a concern for me. However the owner did not bother or interrupt production other than checking in once to see if we needed anything. One thing to be mindful of is that parking can be limited in this area, however our shoot started early and street parking was readily available. Street cleaning for the street in front of the house is on Friday mornings I believe yet please do your own research. Also there was not easy access to large trash cans. Not a problem for our crew because we hauled our trash out but just flagging this so that you know if you’re doing a medium to large production you may want to have a solution for trash reduction and hauling trash to a large dumpster. I would use this space again for future productions. The owners and manager made our production work very easy. We used the front yard to build cameras. We had space to make a green room. Plus the house looks gorgeous on camera.
