This flexible space offers: • Poolside lounge + patio – Ideal for intimate dinners, styled shoots, or celebrations with ambient lighting. • Spacious concrete area – Accommodates set builds, large tables, games, or event rentals, with plenty of room for crew or guests. • Expansive minimalist deck – Clean, open backdrop with endless possibilities for photos, film, and video. Its elevated design makes it easy to capture from multiple angles. PRODUCTION-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: • Quiet residential street • Ample free street parking (no street sweeping days) • Large open lot nearby for additional parking • Convenient load-in/load-out access • Driveway parking for 3 cars with direct poolside access • Super-fast fiber internet USAGE: Perfect for film, TV, commercials, interviews, branded content, professional photoshoots, workshops, business meetings, and more. Dee was simply fantastic throughout the entire booking process! Extremely easy to work it and accommodating to our needs. We had a small function with about 35 people and everyone had a blast. The backyard space is a perfect place to celebrate! The entire space is very tasteful and very well maintained.

Absolutely the best decision I have made. We had a party here for my fiance who pasted a few months ago. The spaces is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The host was very accommodating and communicated every step of the way. She was very quick with responses too. Will be booking again soon.
