Luxurious home nestled in the Encino Hills. 3 story home with the stunning primary bedroom taking up the entire 3rd floor. The views from the primary and the balcony just off are some of the best in Encino. The first floor opens up and is centered around the brand new, white kitchen with a decadent, large island in the center of the room. The second floor boats 4 bedrooms with an above-garage patio off 2 of the bedrooms. The views from the patio are free of trees and breathtaking. Out back the home boats a swimming pool with hot tub, grass area, and covered area to eat/lounge.
