Matt was everything you could ask for as host for our shoot~ The space is fantastic and very well put together, the backyard is incredible, and the ADU in the back having its own kitchen was godsend for our food stylist. There's ample truck parking along the side of the house as well as convenient load in from both the front entrance and a back entrance from the ADU. And the icing on the cake is the house across the street (Charming Spanish-Style Ranch House) is owned by his brother and was perfect as overflow holding for catering and HMU. Would absolutely recommend!

This location and the owner, Matt are fantastic. He's a fair and honest guy. Such a breeze to work with. Honest, upfront, flexible and friendly. He made things easy and was equally respectful of us, our needs, and our schedule as we were to his home, family, and their needs and schedule. They worked with us to allow for tech scouts, and usage of several areas of the property, and with some of Matt's family members nearby, we were able to utilize some additional space & an RV for our production needs. Matt made this one of the best and easiest locations we've worked with. Hands down would come back again.
