Pierpont Place offers full-service event planning, design, and coordination in our chic and centrally located venue! With our experience in hosting weddings, corporate or private events, non-profit fundraisers, and all other occasions -- our modern downtown space is perfect for any event!
With our industrial/modern chic look, this venue is also a perfect blank canvas for photo shoots, wedding models, and more. We have multiple areas (both indoor and outdoor) with different scenery and ambiance.
Our hourly rate fluctuates based on the needs of the guests. If decoration or setup is required (for events or specific photography scenes), the rate will be higher, whereas the rate for just the space rental is lower.
Dpending on layout, build-out, and style of event, our space can accommodate anywhere from 20-400 guests.
Protection Packages
