About the Space
Newly built, beautifully designed house with modern Scandinavian aesthetic, high cathedral ceilings, and large windows with seasonal mountain views and year round horse stable views. Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley just 5 minutes from Mohonk Mountain and close to town of New Paltz, Gardiner, Wildflower Farms and Inness Resorts. The first floor has an open layout flowing from a large, sleek white oak kitchen to an open dining area and living space with an indoor/outdoor fireplace. The first floor also features a walk-in pantry, office and music studio. The second floor has a loft area as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. There is plenty of seating throughout the house, with several built-in benches along the windows. The house sits on 2.1 acres of land that's beautifully landscaped, including a large furnished patio off the indoor/outdoor fireplace, a gravel area with firepit and adirondack chairs, and a large open backyard surrounded by a dense forest of maple trees.

Alex was an absolutely amazing host! She was incredibly attentive, always available to answer questions, and went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. So kind and generous throughout the entire process. The house itself is stunning, even better in person, and worked perfectly for our production needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
