The home features designer finishes and furniture with modern, clean styling and an abundance of natural light. Main floor features an open floor plan with kitchen (white oak modern cabinets), living (modern fireplace), and dining areas all together, opening into the beautifully and lushly landscaped backyard. The main bedroom, luxury bath, guest bedroom, child's bedroom, and a home office, all on the second floor, offer additional areas of interest. The home is filled with clean, modern, designer touches and unique but subtle artwork. The yard, which include front porch and back patio, is lushly and beautifully landscaped offering more opportunity for photo and video work. The front porch features Adirondack seating and the back patio features Adirondack seating, dining table and chairs, and sofas. The side yard of home features a skateboard halfpipe with doodle mural painted on it by local Denver artist (additional liability waiver required if half pipe will be used). Please be aware of our house rules prior to a booking request. HOUSE & HOST RULES No smoking or vaping on the property. No pets, unless approved by owner. No groups larger than 15, unless approved by owner. No shoes in the home (shoe cover/booties provided). All ages are allowed in the space. Furniture and decorations may be moved ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AND PARTICIPATION OF THE HOST. Furniture and decor cannot be removed from the home. This beautiful home is available for Photoshoots and Film shoots.
