About the Space

The Space is a modern rustic open pole barn located midway between Orlando and Tampa just 3 minutes off of I-4. Located in downtown Polk City, Serendipity is tucked away with no rear neighbors and sits on over 2 acres. Our location is perfect for intimate weddings, birthday celebrations, meetups and social gatherings. Sections of our space include a galley which is split between a catering area and a lounge area. We also have an area designated for yoga; our main gathering celebration area with extension patio and our great lawn. Come visit The Space and see why we are that pleasant surprise.
