5 Stars: Incredible Hosts and the Perfect Backyard Layout! Edna and Jon were incredible hosts. Their backyard was absolutely perfect for my 30th birthday celebration. The space is thoughtfully laid out with multiple distinct areas that made planning for it super seamless. There’s a tiled section in the back right corner (about 20x20 ft -- rough eyeball estimate) that was perfect for placing a mechanical bull, a turf area where we set up tables for guests (about 18x24ft -- rough eyeball estimate) and a concrete section (16x16ft -- rough eyeball estimate) that made the ideal dance floor for my DJ. They also have a beautiful gazebo style structure with additional comfortable outdoor seating which created a great lounge vibe. I was able to bring my classic Mustang into the driveway area for photos AND there was plenty of space for my taco caterer to set up and serve comfortably. One thing to note: there is no restroom access but I was able to rent a deluxe portable restroom (flushable with a sink!) from a local company for around $385 and it worked out perfectly. Edna and Jon truly went above and beyond; they lent us extra plastic chairs and tables, an extra-large cooler and even a garbage bin to make cleanup easier! They were extremely responsive throughout the process and even offered a quick tour prior to booking which gave me complete confidence to move forward with booking. Thank you Edna and Jon for helping make my birthday dreams a reality. You are truly amazing hosts!
