About the Space

Hello Giggster. We are excited to offer our apartment in Brooklyn for consideration for film and commercial shoots.  We are reasonable and flexible owners that are interested to rent our space a few times a year.  The apartment is approx 2500 sf, a modern open duplex loft with an elevator opening directly into the unit, a ground floor private garage and rear yard allowed by this unit, generous living space with a wall of sliding glass doors opening to a planted terrace, 4 exposures looking out over a landmark brownstone neighborhood and 4br and 2.5 bathrooms.  All portions of the property are available for these shoots.
