About the Space
This modern, majestic home is located at the foothills of little cottonwood canyon. The 10,000 sq foot home offers several creative photo opportunities. The 14 foot ceilings and 12 foot windows provide excellent light and space. The modern/transitional vibe is consistent throughout. The home is on 1 acre with a pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace and fire pit, Pickleball court, and water features. The primary bedroom and bathroom are exquisite. The great room has floor to ceiling bookcases and a grand piano for the more serious photo shoots. The 15 foot island and professional kitchen is stunning! If you are looking for some active photos, the indoor exercise room, full size gym/Basketbal court, climbing wall. Firemen’s pole and climbing rope are perfect.
