Experience a new sensation of coziness with the Korean "minbak"-inspired layout, where you can stretch out or nap in a variety of positions on the padded floor-based seating and furnishings. Perfect space for your film or photography shoot, workshops or small events, editing or podcast studio. Plenty of natural light sources and blackouts provided for film lights or use of the projector during the day. Central air and heating is a mini-split and quiet enough to film scenes comfortably with very little audio interference. The unit is located in the back of the property and away from a low-traffic street, and the unit is well-insulated from sound so you or the neighbors have little to worry about in terms of noise disturbance as long as the doors remain closed. Green screen, white backdrop, workstations, editing monitor, and PA sound system also available for your use. Modern kitchen with plates & bowls, supplies & utensils, and coffee-making apparatuses available for cooking or your food video shoot. Use of the spacious backyard is included, with a picnic area, other tables, variety of seating, gas and wood fire pits, outdoor changing pod, and sun shades provided. Grill and wood smoker available for use. Outdoor lounge areas include a shaded concrete area, shaded patio area, lawn, and additional gazebo. Use of the bouldering wall is permitted with a liability waiver. Hot tub available with advanced notice but inactive during summer months.
