Modern Contemporary Home with lots of natural light and amazing views Newly constructed home in the beautiful Sunshine Hills neighborhood of North Delta which is available for photo and film shoots. Very close to Watershed Park, on a quiet, tree-lined street- in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is on two levels and only the lower level is available for shoots offering- a cozy, warm living room and gas fire place, a beautiful and functional bar (no consumption, only for filming) , a kitchen with skylight and lots of natural light. There is a huge master bedroom with access to the patio and a backyard which gets amazing views and sunlight/views of the bog and sunsets The upper level has 3 bedrooms and a balcony which has amazing views. we don't allow access to staircase and upper level . ONLY the lower level is available for shoots House Features: 2000 sqft over 2 floors, with a huge 10,000 sqft lot Warm , cozy living room with gas fireplace Modern Kitchen with beautiful tiles and skylight and modern appliances 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom Mudroom/Laundry room with bench area and washer/dryer Modern office space Covered deck with beautiful view of the bog Amazing sunsets Large yard with grass
