Modern, luxe, rustic wedding & events barn venue near Lake Oconee. Weddings, parties, corporate events, family reunions, live music, sorority/fraternity events, film production location...the sky's the limit! Located on 15 acres in Eatonton, GA, we’re close to Atlanta, Athens, Augusta, Milledgeville, Macon & more. While not on the lake, we are 6 minutes from Lake Oconee and all the amenities this lake town offers. We have the main space (the 4k sq ft modern barn, with 2nd story loft, private suite with full bathroom, catering kitchen, and more. We also have the "groom's lounge", which is a separate building across from the barn, which is equipped with lounging areas, a bar, pool table, tv, and more. We have multiple amazing courtyards-- a ceremony yard, a bistro-light reception yard, and three other open fields. We also have acres of woods, and two designated parking lots. This property is perfect as a film/production location or even just a home base for the crew, trucks, equipment and more. The space can be transformed into anything you can imagine.
