About the Space

We are a full-service daylight photo studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The stunning direct light provided by southwest exposure, paired with tall white ceilings, and a calm neighborhood provides the perfect environment for creative productions. The lofty studio vibes are great for easy set building and the classic New York photo studio experience. Look out the window at the East River and the Manhattan skyline! The studio is a modest 2000 sq ft, but we think big picture (pun intended). The studio was built by a working photographer who is "very particular" about things. The studio has been meticulously assembled with love. We have considered the comfort of the client, model, and photographer all in an effort to create an ideal photoshoot environment. There is one large room 22ftx60ft, and smaller room 22ftx15ft that are both included in the rental. Right now we have the smaller room set up as styling/MUA/chill out space with sofa and chairs. You can use the furniture or move to your needs. In the main room/studio area the ceiling height is 15ft on one side and 12ft on the other. There are 5 large windows that face west in the main room. The photo studio also has light diffusing curtains for shaping of natural light. 4 V-Flats, 6 c-stands, sandbags, 2 steamer, rolling racks, 50 clothes hangers, a rolling desk, and 4 folding tables are included in rental cost. There is a large freight elevator with street level loading, as well as a passenger elevator. BYO seamless paper and set. We often have some leftover seamless you can use for no charge, just ask ahead of time what colors are available. Our studio manager can also help direct you where to get catering, gear rental, props, etc. We are really chill so just ask us anything. COI is required to rent the space.
