Both the downstairs interior and the exterior of the home are available for events not to exceed the max capacity of 65 people. A large driveway and an extra wide main entrance, plus two side entrances perfect are available for loading in large equipment, supplies, and decor. IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is NOT parking on site for more than 6 cars in the driveway. Additional parking is available at Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Hugh Howell which is a third-party parking lot within a 3-minute drive from the location address. Shuttle service recommendations can also be provided or arranged. Kindly note there are penalty fees for violations of house rules on the location agreement. All guests over the agreed number of people at the time of your booking will come with an added fee per person no matter if they are child, adult, party staff, or guest. Parking over the 6-car limit will come with a $35 fee per car fee + possible towing fees, as a violation of this rule will be subject to towing. Parking anywhere in the front yard grass area will come with a $150 penalty fee. If you are a Renter you agree that you are responsible for leaving the property in the clean condition that it was provided to you. However, all event bookings over 30 people will come with an automatic post-cleaning fee of $250, due to the nature of large events. This charge does not release you from removing all garbage and returning the property in the clean condition that it was provided to you at the start of your booking. All production bookings require COI (Certificate of Insurance) and if you are a Renter you agree that you are responsible for leaving the property in the condition and cleanliness that it was provided to you. In the event that a Location claims any damages, by booking the Renter agrees to pay the cost of all repairs for all damages no matter how small.
