Our home is a modern white farmhouse with timber accents. The house sits in a quiet Cul De Sac on the Seymour river surrounded by old growth cedar trees. We completed a full exterior renovation in May 2018, including new roof, exterior paint, timber accents, and extensive landscaping. We also added a new outdoor chef's kitchen with BBQ, bar, beer tap, pizza oven, and charcoal grill in the backyard. The interior of the 4 bedroom home is minimally and tastefully decorated in a modern/rustic theme. There is a dining room with a large wood farmhouse table and bench seating. The home has two living rooms: one with a wood burning fireplace and the other with a gas burning one. Large french doors open up to the private backyard.
