This modern, newly renovated event space offers a clean and versatile setting for parties, meetings, and media productions. With approximately 682 square feet and an open-concept layout, the space is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 50–60 guests depending on your setup. The space is ideal for a wide range of uses, including birthday parties, baby showers, prom send-offs, networking events, workshops, and content creation. Its flexible layout allows you to customize the setup to fit your vision, whether you need open space for mingling, structured seating, or a production-friendly environment. Guests have access to two flat-screen TVs (48” and 65”) equipped with Apple TV and HDMI connections, making it easy to display presentations, videos, or custom visuals. A high-quality soundbar system with bass provides clear, powerful audio for music, presentations, or playback during productions. Six-foot rectangular tables and chairs are included and can be arranged in multiple configurations, including classroom-style, presentation rows, or collaborative group setups. The space features updated flooring, fresh paint, and a clean, modern aesthetic that works well for both professional and social gatherings. For added flexibility, the backyard area is available for an additional fee. With string lighting creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, it’s perfect for outdoor scenes, social gatherings, or breakout space during events. The open layout, neutral design, and adaptable setup also make the space well-suited for photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and content creation. Multiple angles and setups can be achieved within the same space, making it a practical option for creative projects.
