Fully renovated modern from the ground up. Setting can look like Tuscany, N. Cal, East Coast or Hawaii depending on the camera angle.     Jon is the best site rep I've ever worked with on a shoot. The place is amazing and very spacious with lots of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of street parking for small / medium size crews. Would happily shoot here again.
