Jon is the best site rep I've ever worked with on a shoot. The place is amazing and very spacious with lots of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of street parking for small / medium size crews. Would happily shoot here again.

Large fruit orchard, pool, spa, large deck, custom master suite, outdoor kitchen, extensive home automation, steam shower, heated floors, home theatre, walking path to the ocean (restricted), green home with large solar system and extensive water recycling, country club feel in front with wide streets, tennis courts and luxury homes.
