About the Space
Luxury home in prime Santa Monica mountains neighborhood, close to everything. Nestled in the redwoods, extensive green belt and mountain and estate home views. Fully renovated modern from the ground up. Setting can look like Tuscany, N. Cal, East Coast or Hawaii depending on the camera angle. Large fruit orchard, pool, spa, large deck, custom master suite, outdoor kitchen, extensive home automation, steam shower, heated floors, home theatre, walking path to the ocean (restricted), green home with large solar system and extensive water recycling, country club feel in front with wide streets, tennis courts and luxury homes. Nine exterior glass panels open the house up fully to the outdoors. Jon is the best site rep I've ever worked with on a shoot. The place is amazing and very spacious with lots of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of street parking for small / medium size crews. Would happily shoot here again.
