Gorgeous northern facing windows envelop this modern/industrial studio with beautiful light all year long. Polished concrete floors, white and brick walls, and moveable backdrop walls make this space perfect for portraits, styled shoots, boudoir, head shots, or other small productions. Our windowed garage door makes bringing in your own props/furniture easy with access right to street level. Studio comes complete with a "lounge" set up; with a day-bed couch (that can easily be transformed into a platform bed), pillows, blanket, multiple rug options (found in our prop room) and a boho room divider. Our studio jungle grows everyday! Our plants love the light in here, and you will too!! For videography: please note that we are in a shared building and are street level on a busy downtown road. If you're hoping for clean sound, please be aware and plan accordingly.
