My film shoot was exterior, front porch. The experience was smooth. The host was helpful and accommodating, providing areas for hair / makeup, wardrobe, and crafty. Also, the host allowed us to provide decor for the spaces where filming took place. Something to note for future productions: Around mid-day, there was A LOT of traffic passing through. Delivery trucks, dump trucks, and work vehicles. Perhaps there could have been a detour setup during our filming time? I am not sure, but it is something to consider if sound is important to your production, as it cost us a few more takes and time. That said, I would recommend this location and I would rent here again. — Q
