Welcome to the place where everyone will feel beautiful and art, because you really are! Our studio is a 1000 sq. space with modern classic design elements for content creation. It is perfect for photographers, videographers and influencers. Our studio rental features a beautiful living area, floor to ceiling windows, natural lighting, backdrops, moodboard wall and much more! Our goal is to provide a clean, affordable and unique space where creatives can bring their vision to life, where ART is YOU! By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. Wear the shoes covers provided at the entrance of the studio!!! YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (SOFA, DINING TABLE) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged if you will use your shoes on furniture from original place after booking.
