About the Space
We're happy to welcome you to our modern-casual, versatile one-story home in the wonderful neighborhood of Mar Vista LA, conveniently located in close proximity to the LA's beaches, Santa Monica, Venice and Culver City. Our entire house has recently been fully remodeled into a resort-vibe indoor/outdoor Southern California Oasis. Our 1500 square feet modern home with light-filled rooms exudes with European elegance and California casual. It has an open floorplan and is versatile for clients looking to maximize their shoots for a variety of backdrops and vigniettes under one roof and sky. All spaces are newly renovated with natural white oak flooring, modern kitchen with beautiful Heath backsplash and marble countertops. A inviting intimate livingroom featuring a gas fireplace, custom sofa and vintage cane lounge chairs and a feature wall with custom built in in shelves and raw brass credenza with skylight above and large bi-folding doors to open up to the outdoor eating/kitchen area and lap pool. Not to mention natural light fills the entire house by large windows and skylights. Additionally there are plentiful of props and textiles available for clients to use to add unique flavor to each shoot. The exterior of the property is a star on it's own and just as flexible and multi-faceted as the inside of the home. The front yard invites with a beautiful lush perennial landscaping with California native plants complete with a large Sycamore tree, medium fig tree and small orange tree. And in the midst of all natural wood firepit seating area as well raised vegetable beds on a lush green lawn. The backyard might be confused with an upscale resort, featuring a 33' long lap pool and jaccquzzi, outdoor kitchen equipped with state of the art BBQ and Woodfire Pizza Oven. Several seating areas with large CB2 outdoor lounge sofa and gas firepit and secluded seating area surrounded by tropical plants and an outdoor shower attached to the master bathroom. There is a bonus room, a converted garage that feels like small summerhouse w/ oversized pink sofa with lots of rattan details throughout.
