THE LOCATION The European Contemporary spans over 6,500 sq ft and, with a meticulous attention to detail, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces. Offering complete privacy as it sits atop 3.41 acres, the primary edifice is accessed via a private extra-long gated driveway leading to the impressive house frontage complete with substantial angular columns and a modern chandelier over the entryway. Enter the home through an impressive glass pivot door into an open-concept floor plan acutely designed to frame the breathtaking views of Malibou Lake and the local Santa Monica Mountains. The main floor great room features soaring ceilings, a wall-inlay fireplace, and a skybridge linking the two wings of the second floor.
