About the Space

Modern cabin on a hill top overlooking the mountain valley below and high beautiful mountain peaks. The property is 3.5 acres of pinion forest. There’s a main house and a guest house/cabin. The cabin is brand new construction and it’s 1000 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has beautiful views of Mount Sopris. The guest house is for rent. The main house is old and dated but has better views of Mount Sopris, the Roaring Fork River, ranch lands and town of Carbondale. The main house is not for rent but the deck, yard and anywhere around it is for productions (not events). We also have a hot tub with stunning views that could be rented for a production. Please ask.
