This is a 2800 square-foot duplex with a sister property right next-door same size same layout same vibe. It is right on the property of snow Summit so you can walk out the back gate onto the slopes. This is brand new construction. Beautiful home. Each side has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms plus a large loft. There is a living room on main level and a living room on lower level as well. The main level is completely open with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and you walk out onto large back deck. This deck leads to a few stairs and you walk out onto the ski resort property. *In the city of big Bear Lake, any event that would fit more than 14 people per side would have to be approved by the city. They have decently strict ordinances, any more than the occupancy of 14 would have to be approved. Thank you.
