Fully renovated, modern & bright family home in the heart of South Slope Brooklyn. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. Three floors featuring a family den/playroom as well as an open concept kitchen/dining room/ living room floor with oversized windows looking out onto a tidy backyard. Top floor features three bedrooms and a custom, x-large primary bath with separate bath and shower. This floor also boasts four skylights and unique stairwell in primary bedroom to the roof. Roof access is available (with solar panels and city views), although there is not a proper roof deck. High ceilings, central Heat/AC, gas fireplace and gorgeous design details throughout.
