About the Space
This home, built in 1977, is awash with natural light. The open floor plan downstairs is ideal for filming, lots of room for camera angles and light placement. The kitchen tops the list, great opening to the family room in the center to allow direct shots at the sink and tons of space all around. Tons and tons of deck space above, underneath on the front porch and a totally different type of deck in the back. Horse shoe pit. I've got a rustic shed outside too in the back. We also own the long narrow lot behind our house. Sequoia trees bordering the drive. Solar panels on the South and West roof. Lots and lots of different looks outside the house and close to National Forest and all that provides. Convenient to local market, gas, burgers and with tons of parking all around us. 6 miles from I5. Decent Wifi, reliable.
