About the Space
In a small valley right outside of town. Surrounded by medium sized, usually brown mountains but green in parts of winter and spring. Lots of fields and brush nearby. Large properties, large houses surrounding. Very dark at night. The house is about 3,000 square feet on a 2 acre lot. The house has a very open floor plan with a big kitchen, living area, dining area, and a smaller living area. The yard is quite large, including an outdoor kitchen and theatre along with many tables. The pool is very natural looking and about the size of 2.5 "normal" pools including a large jacuzzi that waterfalls into the pool, another rock waterfall, 2 large sun shelves, a shallow side and a deep side. There is an outdoor bar in the middle of the yard with lots of seating. Next to it is a ping pong table and a sand volleyball court which is also just a large lot, good for parties and weddings. There is also an unfinished half basketball court and a small mini-golf course and RC car track surrounding it. The front yard has a decent sized plain along with a large oval driveway and a rectangular driveway that can fit many cars.
