About the Space
Mid Century modern style house doubles for Dessert and LA style backdrops. Shoots both as modern with its detailed updates throughout - but can easily be dressed for 60s-90s periods as well. Main House section is 3 bedrooms and 2 bath (1 bedroom used as a gym) + a separate FULL ADU complete with bathroom, laundry, and kitchen which can be used as production office, green room, or staging craft services - have also used to house green screen shoots. Property also has a bonus cottage that has electricity and AC but no bathroom (perfect for production or added green room as needed.) Location is primarily on level with a few steps, easy load in - load out. Large property allows for easy staging areas.
