This is a very spacious home with all amenities needed. It’s on a 16,000 square-foot lot and you can use two bathrooms for all your production needs. This home has fast wi-fi and lots of parking for all your trucks and production team. There is terrazzo floor throughout the common spaces which is very durable for production equipment. All furniture is lightweight and easy to move. There is lots of natural light, but can be easily shaded if needed. The front and backyard are beautifully landscaped. The front yard is large and grassy, it has a large pool and deck, 3 ponds, and a fireplace with unique architectural wall. This home has many unique features by famous architect Alfred Browning Parker, and it has been used for many commercials such as Loreal, Subway, AFLAC, Univision, and more.
