Mid-century modern house in Mt Eliza, near Melbourne, Victoria. Creative, artsy, retro vibe. Big open plan living, dining room. Original kitchen and bathroom. Cosy fireplace and large bookshelf in living area. Easy to style. Large outdoor deck. Plenty of room for crew. Lots of artworks and hooks on walls. Bedrooms also available for filming (have two teenager rooms). Teen girls bedroom has Vogue posters and handbags on wall and clothing rack, dressing table. Teen boys room has large TV monitor, speakers and music set up (different now to the picture). Also a study. Easy access via driveway. Lots of on street parking, as opposite a park. Mornington Peninsula location. 60s beach house.

Rowena was such a pleasure to deal with. The location was perfect for our smaller documentary re-enactment shoot. Loved the sunken loungeroom and open plan design. Plenty of free parking nearby and no problems with any neighbours or noise issues. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks Rowena.
