Production Requirements: Certificate of Insurance (COI) required for commercial productions. Advance approval is required for crews over 30 people, drones, generators, picture vehicles, special effects, smoke, open flames, extensive set dressing, or overnight equipment storage. Additional fees may apply for large productions, pet relocation, or requests outside standard booking terms.
